Stupendous Two Year Journey

"Don't make friends who are comfortable to be with. Make friends who will force you to lever yourself up.The famous American Businessman Thomas J Watson said it right. We all have that one friend who hears our tensions. And we all have that group of friends who never let us in tensions. True and real friends never let us to stay depressed. When I came to my new school for HSE, I thought I lost my true friends. When I saw my new classmates, all of the faces seemed fake to me. Two years passed. Don't know when they unrevealed masks and when they became my true friends. All I wanted was what I got from them. A group of true friends who cares me. I saw love and care in all their eyes. Me who ran away from opportunities is now searching for new opportunities to prove myself. Functions and trips made our bonds stronger. They all are my spiritual twins. They coloured my life. They taught me how to fight in the bad stages of life.  Teachers- they quench our thirst through knowle...

Can you fall in love with English???

Dear Friends,                        Are you afraid of English language? Have you ever felt that it is a hard nut for you to crack. Do you have the inferiority that you came from a Malayalam medium school. Have you ever thought that it was your background that was the block in mastering this language. Then you had better listen to the words of Sri. Joseph Annamkutty Jose who wrote 'Buried Thoughts'. Listen to his words  and realise how he fell in love with English and how his burning passion, the humiliation he faced and his acceptance of all such experience with positive intent has showed him the way. Adieu.... !!!! by Amitha Anikuttan

Welcome everyone....    I hope I am not late this time. Finally the much awaited moment.... Its here...Each one of them is present here. It may be hard for them to accept. But it is an essential reality. The most critical moment in the entire process: saying a good bye.   As you can see it is an ending, but a beginning too. It is a moment wetted with tears but adorned with smiles. It is a blending of two emotions- the Teacher and the Student. It is visible in their eyes. Look at them, the traces of tears in their eyes are reflecting the smiles of wisdom on the faces of their teachers.   For each of them it was a journey that started in a July. For the students it is the first and last experience in their lives. For teachers it is a unique one added to their precious teaching experience. Two years of togetherness, friendship, caring and preaching .... The experience of love, empathy, hard work and determination ..... all these would be flowing throug...

THE OUTPOURINGS OF A CAGED SOUL

Will ever life execute you right choices? I don’t think so. Life is often misleading. You may think why? why? because I feel so…..because I felt it so………   “Life is a journey” people say, but is it right? Never thought of it, because, if life is thought to be a journey, the traveler should find his destination. But is it a necessity in life? I don’t know. While I write this I don’t want my ideals to be bestowed upon you. I am leaving it at your freedom. “Life is a choice. But choose wise” people say. So I request you “choose wise, from my opinions and have a study”  Life is a paradox sometimes or a rejuvenating myth perhaps, whatever it be, it is a harsh-sounding rhyme to me. Success comes to the ones who turn their nights to days and work 24*7. But is this the only aim of the “crest of creation” to have a seat at IIT or AIIMS? when our IQ grows don’t we die in our social understandings and moral values. Is it necessary to have a doctorate or to be a human? As I sai...
